European Bistro #19

This second half of the design seems to be coming along much quicker than the first half - but I don't mind at all. It means I can finish it quicker and get onto the next one! I'm someone who likes to finish a project before starting the next one so I force myself to get things done if there is another I want to start. It is only recently that I started a second design at the same time to be done at my holiday house, for the simple reason of not needing to pack up the current design if there is one there all ready to go.

  1. Your stitching looks great!

The fabric covers around my projects are called Q-Snap huggies. I bought them from Christine, qsnaphuggies.com. I can gather up the extra fabric and tuck it inside. The project is still stretched tight on a Q-Snap frame, the white plastic tube frame with clamps. It is easier to hold the frame with the fabric cover on it and I tuck my needle into it for safekeeping, too.

  3. I wish I could be as disciplined as you and only start something new once I'd finished a project. I get a little crazy if I work on the same thing for too long, so I need to have a few projects on the go that I can flit between.

  4. Hi Kerrie, great stitching! I stitch, and used to work as a library clerk...we have a little in common. ;)

  5. Kerrie, this is so intricate! I really like what you do here, so I'm nominating you for a Liebster Award. Check out my post with the details and let me know if you have any questions! It's all about new bloggers getting to know each other and motivating each other!
