Gloria - finished & Give Away #1

I got the beading done fairly quickly which was a little unexpected.

So, while we had a public holiday for a horse race, I finished off Gloria completely, stuck some backing on and cut her out. Very pleased with the end result.

Give Away #1
It's coming up to Christmas and while you won't be able to finish this in time for this year, I thought a Christmas Stocking was a good way to start my give aways.

Stained Glass Christmas Stocking

Give Away is for the original chart only. I have used it, but it is otherwise unmarked.
I originally stitched this in 2012 for my nephew (see 2012 tab above).

To enter, you must be a follower of my blog and you must enter a comment on THIS post stating you would like to be entered in the draw. Closing date is midnight Sunday 8th November 2015. A name will be drawn at random and you will be notified to send me a postal address so I can send your prize. Good luck!

Happy Stitching,
Kerrie

  2. Lovely finish! Please don't enter me into your giveaway as I would never find time to stitch this but it's a lovely chart.

  5. Sorry I was autocorrected... What I was trying to say was that your angel is beautiful! I love how easy it is to finish those ornaments off, and then you can move on more quickly to the next project. Please enter me into the drawing for the stocking pattern. Thank you!

  6. The angel is so pretty! I haven't tried a beaded kit yet but I have one in my stash just calling my name! No need to enter me in the draw. As gorgeous as this is, I don't sew or know anyone that sews so once it was completed it would just go in my finish pile and not be turned into a beautiful stocking. :)

  8. Very pretty! I so enjoy watching you stitch every project that you choose. It has really helped me find the time to really get into my cross stitching once again. Thank you.

  9. Lovely finish! What sort of fabric did you use for backing? I just started my angel ornament (Gabrielle) last night. Please don't enter me in the giveaway, I already have a stocking in my WIP pile :)
