Give Thanks to the Lord #2 & Craft Weekend

Here is what 11 hours of stitching in a day can do... great progress - I'm almost half way through!

These are Cathedral Window Pin Cushions that were part of a class run at the Craft Weekend. I didn't make one but these are the efforts of the other ladies - I think they look fantastic! Today's class is more paper craft - a card and sticky-note pad holder. That's if the ladies make it back from the flying fox they've organised to go on!

The creative craft challenge was to get design a Mug Rug. Here are a few completed ones...
Basically, it's a coaster, but they are so gorgeous. I like the birdie ones.

I've had such a great time this year and I'll definitely try to get along next year as well. It's another beautiful day here and we've got 4-5 hours until we have to be out so I'm back to stitching some more...

Happy Stitching,
Kerrie

  3. Love the coasters, the pin pillows are adorable, but my favorite is your Give Thanks To The Lord, it is a beauty.
